What is the parking situation at Montana de Oro and recommended time to arrive to get that parking? Tried calling the park but no answer....No word on parking in the Race Director's email....

There is no park entrance fee at MdO, and parking is free, as well. There is one big lot right at the start/finish, and remaining cars will be directed to nearby lots.
Check-in starts at 7:30. Cars arriving close to 8:30 will likely be held for the start of the race, since it starts on the road.
