Maybe someone is interested how trail running is done in good old Austria, here is a Picasa link that my Austrian running buddy (Sigi) provided: picasaweb.google.com/lehnersigi/20070706_schCklNortschWelschIt shows 2 runs: One onto a 4300 ft high mountain (they have a high-speed toboggan run on top!!) and the last 6 pics show a self-crewed aid station during a 26.2 miles run through Styria's famous wine country. Now look: My wife is offering a plate with meats and cheeses while I (red cap on all pics) drink a white wine spritzer. Now THAT is running in Austria! Finishing a marathon but legally unable to drive a car after that!! ;D Norbert

How COOL is that?!?! Thanks for posting all the great pics, Norbert!! My goodness, what BEAUTIFUL places you get to run in Austria!! I'm just glad that you didn't combine the white wine spritzer with that other rock climbing/run thing that you did - you might not have made it back to write this post!!
Thanks again for sharing the wonderful photos, Norbert.
