If you guys think of other food that you'd like to bring - fruit or something premade at the store - feel free to bring it along and we'll reimburse you. The more variety for the runners, the better!!

Hey I am thinking of also bringing choc. milk or choc soy milk. Since you all recommended it as a recovery drink, I now swear by it. I drink soy choc milk but reg choc milk is also great. I can keep it really cold in the ice chest?? sound good??
..and yes I do believe it could the first 100 to be a weight gaining run ahahaha MMM FOOD
