I wanted to say "Thanks!" for hanging with me from mile 10-50...without you keeping me going, it wouldn't have been even tougher than it was! Your company was very much appreciated.

On Saturday mornings I run the Memorial Park trails with HTREX groups.yahoo.com/group/h_t_rex/) and on Sunday mornings I run 10-12 miles on roads with BCRR (www.bcrr.org).
