Diablo Course Comments?

A question sort of off of Chihping's:

For the people that failed to finish the marathon (marked on the results as having done 23, 25, 15, etc.) if you remember, was this because of missed cut offs or just because they were unable to finish, regardless of time?

Hi, Chihping,

Seems like you're a little nervous about staying on course Sunday.

As you know, we like to list everyone's results even if they cut it short or miss a turn and run extra. Some runners decided to head back to Mitchell after Rock City (24.5) and take the shortest route (down Mitchell Canyon). Others dropped at Juniper (41 miles). The 53 mile was a result of a missed turn (Devil's Slide) on the way back from Finley Rd. The runner who did 55 miles missed the Wasserman Trail coming down from Mt. Olympia. You actually did trail work a few weeks ago along that section.
