Is it avoidable, or am I doomed to run thru it? I will slather with IvyBlock and soak in Tecnu afterwards if necessary! (Yep, I'm pretty darn allergic to the stuff.)

No poison Oak... you'll be fine... but just be careful just in case I'm wrong... but I can't remember ever seeing any in the three times I've run that course.
