Lately I have seen a couple of trail races advertised with terminology that really reminded me of the PCTR Mission. Whether you're considering trail running for the first time or are an experienced ultra runner, we promise you a rewarding experience in a beautiful environment. We are recognized for the spectacular courses, unsurpassed aid stations, well-marked trails, accurately measured distances, distinctive t-shirt designs, and friendly atmosphere – all at a reasonable price. Sarah and Wendell, are you branching out, or are there a bunch of "me-too's" popping up?

Wendell, are the courses the same as PCTR? For example, does the Woodside Event scheduled on Jan 16th follow the same course as PCTR on Dec 5th?

Ah Yeah! Why didnt I think of that? Maybe its my browser,... but the course map and other links are not opening for me with either Internet Explorer or Firefox. I apologize if I appear to have asked a stupid question

Yes, the CTR Woodside courses will be very similar to the PCTR courses. We should have the CTR course map on the website soon (your browser isn't the problem). Wendell

Oops, I was solely checking the Muir Beach course map (and comparing w/ the PCTR run). Thought it's consistently available on all other races. My bad! Let's wait for the link to appear. Norbert
