Anyone out there have recommendations for dealing with pelvic tilt? I've done some chiro, accu, rolfing, xray's and i still can't shake it. Anyone's suggestions would be greatly appreciated

What is pelvic tilt. Does that have the same affect as one leg longer then the other.

yes, my left leg appears shorter than my right and it's leading to a cronically stiff lower right back.

My left leg is, I think a bit shorter as well, resulting the same still lower right back and a right leg prone to tight IT band and stiffer hip muscles cuz it has to over compensate for my weaker left side. I have found the following core strength workouts to be very helpful. www.smiweb.org/core.pdf You'll find that the position illustrated in pic. 2.c when you are lifing your right leg will be challenging.
