I want to an ultra in the May/ June area and was wondering if there was an age requirement like 18 or something that many of the other races have.

No, we don't have a minimum age requirement for ultras. We've had a least one youth complete the Diablo 50 Miler and many who've completed our 50 Km courses. Best of success to you.
