Hi,
I registered for the Redwood park race the week of the race and paid extra for the Tech-T. Come race day, the people at the race won't let me pick one up and said that they will notify me whether there is any more t-shirts left via email and will ship the shirt to me, if not I will be refunded. I contacted you guys multiple time, but never received a response. I notice that this is not the first incident that something like this happens (according to the thread before this one).
Is there a number I can reach you?

Drasvin, didn't you already receive your refund? We saw that you contacted PayPal the other day, and the report that we received shows a refund amount of $15.
If you did not receive your refund from PayPal, just let us know and we'll send you a check in the amount of $15.

I requested the $15 refund through paypal, but never received the actual refund. I would appreciate it if you can mail me a check or just refund me through paypal.

We can't issue you a refund now - you've disputed the transaction through PayPal, so will have to wait 'til they give you the $15 back.

In fact, PayPal has put all $40 of your entry on hold in our account. If you would like your $15 refunded by PCTR, please drop the PayPal dispute and e-mail your mailing address to us at events@pctrailruns.com.
