I'm in a pickle and I'm hoping to find a loving home for my four-legged best friend. He's too old for the SPCA (5 years vs. max of 3) and I do not want to risk the pound. I've posted a description and pictures here: www.shrrca.com/display1.php?index=4047He's a continual work in progress, but still a terrific companion. Jon found a home for Hummer! A friend from Seattle is taking him - whew! Jon is SO happy and relieved that everything has worked out for his buddy, Hummer.

That is so good to hear! Congrats to Jon and Hummer. Hopefully, Hummers' new companion is a runner too.

That is so good to hear! Congrats to Jon and Hummer. Hopefully, Hummers' new companion is a runner too. My friend would fall down laughing if he read this (not the runner type). However, he and his wife are definitely looking forward to the walks and playing fetch out back (huge, fenced backyard). Thanks to everyone for their interest and concern. And a HUGE thank you to Sarah for expending some much time and effort helping to place Hummer. I will miss him greatly, but at least I still have visitation rights. Sarah, I know a few great sets of trails for a Northwest PCTR event.
