is there anyone who lives in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles), that is training for a trail run? I ran my first trail race at Malibu Creek (9K) and would like to train for Sycamore and do the 18K. Could use some help if anyone wants company along a run!

Sorry I am not in your area (San Diego).
I also ran the 9k with the intention of doing the 18k at Syc Cyn but felt so good during and after the race that I am reconsidering and thinking I will do the 30k.
All prep for the 50k on Nov28.

littlerunner - I'm running the 50k and am ALWAYS happy to have company during at least part of a long run. I live in Silverlake but usually run on the weekends at Topanga, Temescal, or Will Rogers.
