An experienced ultrarunner who ran Diablo on Sunday just wrote us the following in an e-mail message:
Mt Diablo was a great run ... lots of good runners getting ready for WST. I looked at the times for the last several years - Mt Diablo vs WST and it appears that if you double your time at Mt Diablo that's a reasonable estimate of a good WST time - unless you're Jurek and then it's less.
