I'm sure the savvy readers of this board who are entering the Woodside 17k thry 50k distances already heard about the course change for the final segment from Kings Mtn A.S. to the finish line. (The resurfacing of the Chinquapin trail will be complete by Sunday - too late for us.)
I checked all the split distances from gps tracks I have, and the reroute does indeed add up to an identical distance to the original course. The difference is roughly 0.03 mi. We even get a little climb on the Canyon trail to replace the Dean Trail heartbreak. Nice choice of trails, Wendell.
