HI, My friends and I are confused as to what time to show up for the 10K Sequoia Run this Saturday. On the main Sequoia Run page, it states: Packet Pick-Up: 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. adjacent to Joaquin Miller Park. However, in the race-day instructions sent via email it states: Check-in: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your event on Saturday to check in and receive your bib number. So, which is it?? If I can sleep in a bit more, it'll make me a happier runner!! Thanks!

I'm by no means an official PCTR spokesman but I have volunteered at runner check-in and have run a number of their races, including Sequoia 2x. With that I'd arrive 30 minutes prior to YOUR race start time. For the 10k that would be 8:45AM. Make sure to account for parking and walking time: arriving later = parking farther away from the race (all those pesky 50 and 30kers will take the closest spots) :-)
