Yes, it does say rain or shine on the Malibu Creek site. However, it that a sure thing? The guy who runs the Xterra SO cal races posted on Facebook that "rain or shine" isn't necessarily true and Malibu Canyon does close down their park due to rain. I really don't want to plan for it just to be disappointed due to a last minute and unexpected postponement.

I confirmed with the park this morning that events at Malibu Creek are not cancelled due to rain. Wendell (PCTR)

I am flying in from England today and crazily decided to do this race a few days ago. I will be staying in the Woodland Hills Area Saturday Night. Anyone else who can advise on a good place to eat and even meet up with any runners to help me keep awake and get over Jet Lag would be much appreciated. Thanks and see you on the line. (Doing the 25K) before having to drive to Laguna.
