Hello to all avid trail runners, I am offering a ride share (gas) from the Peninsula (San Carlos) and back on April 18 th. I have 3 spots available in very reliable 98 BMW, cookies optional. Better for the environment, gas consumption and parking. Also possible for those traveling from SF to leave car in San Carlos and ride share to start. Let me know.. gourmandsteve@yahoo.com

Hey Steve, Couple of questions... Are you running the 50k or marathon? What sort of time do you think you will finish in? What time do you think you will be leaving San Carlos in the AM? Do you have any room left in your car? Please let me know I'm trying to decide if I am going to run or not.
Thanks Nathan

Hey Nathan, I am running the 50 k and expect to finish between 5 and 6 hours, depending. I will be leaving San Carlos early enough to get to the shuttle in good time for the start, yet to be determined. Thanks Steve

Hi Steve - thanks for post! Getting fired up for STTS! I am running the marathon distance but will probably be ~5 hrs . I live in RWC. Would be into ride share if you have room. Thanks, L

Hey Steve,
Nathan here again. I would like to run STTS race. I want to go ahead and register as well, but I want to see if you still have a spot in the car. Let me know and I will go ahead and register for the race and the ride. FYI I am running the 50k and have an expected finish time of 5-6hrs as well. Thanks again for the offer Steve.
Nathan

HEY Nathan, I am glad to hear that you are on board, it is going to be a blast. Yes you can have my last spot in the car if you e mail me to confirm at gourmandsteve@yahoo.com I will most likely be leaving at 5:30 am.... errr early to catch the shuttle at 7 am to start. Contributions to gas and traveling are voluntary as this is more an act of eco -friendliness than financial. So I leave it up to you. I would like to compare training notes if you get back to me. Happy tapering. Steve
