Funny, I was thinking the same thing as we ran for our lives last sunday...how nice it would have been to have a light saber and a ton-ton to hide out in till the storm passed.
So, I'm getting excited for the run next sunday...my last "big" training run was 2 nights ago, 14 miles in 2:37, mildly hilly terrain...It went well, so I'm hoping I'll be ready for the marathon distance at least.
If anyone lives in or near Berkeley/Albany/El Cerrito and wants to rideshare let me know. I am in El Cerrito.
