Thanks for updating your website so expeditiously when the park service reneged on your verbally agreed to date of May 16. I do appreciate your doing all you could to let us know the earliest. I got 2 emails, you updated the website in multiple places. The park service does not always function like clockwork, occasional errors do occur. Being notified promptly is what I need. I contrast this with other cancelled races from a half dozen different companies over the years: I've actually driven to a number of races over the past few years only to find out after arrival they were canceled. I walk/drive around confused/dismayed. Really bad way to start a weekend. Those were truly unhappy experiences. So thanks again for the diligence. As an fyi, there is one additional secondary page that may need to be updated: pctrailruns.com/BBR_Instructions.htmThanks again for keeping us in the loop. stephenb

The date on the Google calendar is still the old date, by the way.
Oh, and one more thing. With the later date, could the deadline for getting the "early bird" registration price also be extended by a week?

Apparently the "early bird" registration is still in effect, more than a week after when it says it was to go up by $5. So no complaints here...

Yep, we're leaving it in place for now, Mike. We'll raise it with a week to go instead of two.
