Will Park Rangers allow overnight crew parking at Rodeo Beach? What about Muir Beach? If so, are ther any limitations on crew vehicles?

Yes, there is overnight parking for runners and crew at Rodeo Beach, but the Muir Beach gates will be locked at night. However, the MB aid station isn't located at the parking lot, anyway, but is rather down the road much closer to Highway 1, and there is a small amount of parking there - although most of that will be taken up by aid station workers, I imagine.
I believe that one runner's crew had an RV at Rodeo Beach last year, if that's your question regarding limitations. I think the most difficult aspect of an RV would be parking at Tennessee Valley and Muir Beach during the day.
